This lady is made of enamel paint, yarn, wooden beads, wire thread, plastic and either ceramic or pottery. Made in the 1940s by either 'ELZAC' or 'California COPA de ORO Hand Decorated Ceramics'. I was told by this lady that she believes it's made by 'California Copa de Oro'. But me on the other hand, I believe it's an Elzac Victim of Fashion piece. Because the 'Copa de Oro' pieces I've seen are done with just enamel paint and this one as you can see, it's made with not just enamel paint but a woven headdress, some wooden beads, put together with wire thread on top of her head and a big plastic hoop earring.
So what do you thing? If anyone knows any information, convo me:)
Anyways, it's in excellent vintage condition, a real neat collectible piece.
