Yeah-uh! How about this long and SUPER FABULOUS Antique Victorian Turquoise and Pearl Ring! My Victorian sister was quite the antique hipster...wonderful detail and so unique!

Turquoise was a very popular gemstone used in Victorian Era jewelry. It was believed to bring happiness, strength and good luck to the wearer. And since Queen Victoria loved turquoise (all her bridesmaids received a brooch with a turquoise-encrusted bird), it became even more popular.
They would use different colors of genuine, natural turquoise hand-cut square gemstones to create this look. The stones are all original, it was just popular back then to use different colors of turquoise.

This is a beautifully preserved ring. Just lovely!

CONDITION:
Excellent antique condition. Some wear with use and age, there is an old repair to the back of the shank (see last pic), can't be seen in the front. Turquoise is very porous and over time sometimes gets a 'patina', the pearls show a bit of their years but this ring is is wonderful shape.
