NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS. Request for refunds/ returns must be made within 24 Hours or the item being marked as delivered. No refund will be given unless our item is received back in the condition it was shipped to you. If an item was damaged in the mail then we will file a claim with USPS and you will receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail once it is scanned by the post office, if an item is marked as delivered and not at your house/ in your mailbox the buyer will need to contact USPS for an inquiry with the tracking number we provided and then file a police report, the police report should then be provided to Wingostarr Jewelry LLC to be able to make a claim for reimbursement
