Reminiscing Journal Seniors Grandparent Journaling Senior Activity Director Writing for seniors LIfe Stories

Get this 20 page PDF with 20 different questions and topics for seniors to follow! Journaling for grandparents with prompts. Writing journal for seniors. Great nursing home activity. Each senior can get their own reminiscing book. You can have them meet once a week. I found that journaling works best when there isn't a lot of background noise. Going outside on a patio is nice. Our group spends about 20 minutes just writing about whatever the topic is. Then they can choose at the end to share or not. These are great keepsakes for their family. You could get binders to put these in and give them a new one each week to tackle and write about and then add to their binders. If your facility is on a budget you could put these in folder packs. These would make great gifts for family members at Christmastime! Great for Assisted Living or Memory Care, Alzheimer's seniors. Activity Directors will enjoy the already made template for this activity! Just print and use.
