Free shipping within Mexico, arriving in 2-5 days.
Free shipping within the US, arriving in 10-20 days.
For international orders, we use express shipping, arriving in 5-10 days.

Because every Wild Dalia jacket is made with great care by our small team, we're unfortunately not able to offer exchanges or returns for incorrect size selection. As a small business, the shipping and logistics costs are simply too high for us to absorb.

That's why we're always happy to help you choose the right size before you order—we want you to absolutely love your jacket when it arrives.

Quality issues: In rare cases where there is a quality issue, we will replace the jacket and cover the shipping cost. Please contact us as soon as you receive the jacket and we'll study your case to give you the best solution.
