Pretty early 1900's lady's petticoat/slip. It is made from cotton and features a lace waistband and multiple layers of lace on the bottom measuring 14 1/2" deep. Really fine floral needle lace. The waist measures 21" and it is 24 1/2" long. Laying flat it measures 27" across the bottom. Decent vintage condition with a couple of small brown age spots here and there that are not detracting. I found only one small hole within the lace as shown in my last picture. Would be an easy fix. A nice old clothing item with lots of usable lace should you wish to use it for another project...
