Sleek & sophisticated best describe this vintage 1930's Art Nouveau style ceiling light chandelier. The thick pressed glass shade is fired in a cream ecru color with a clear raised flowing floral pattern and a clear cut edge. It has the matching long crystal glass stem, a repainted canopy and the shade is capped with a solid brass & glass ball prism finial. This glamorous period light shows bright & clean and beautifully displays the use of early semi-direct lighting.

The fixture has been rewired with a new 4 socket cluster that accepts standard Edison base or compact fluorescent bulbs providing a significant amount of light. The shade measures a nice 14.25" wide and hangs 12" from ceiling to bottom of shade, making it a good choice for lower ceilings. The entire light is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. The interior of the shade has one small fleck of finish missing, about the size of a felt point pen tip, and is not visible from the outside. Timeless early lighting design to compliment most vintage Victorian, Art Deco, Art Nouveau or Mid-Century decor's and also enhance modern or new construction homes.

More photos are available, just convo me!

** All necessary mounting hardware for installation will be included.

All glass is authentic vintage and original parts are used if possible. Hardware & metal fitting that are original to the fixture are typically rusted or corroded beyond repair and replaced with new period correct fittings, including finials. You will never visibly see raw threaded pipe on my lights; just one of the many details I’m particular about.
