Here for the vintage collector I have the cutest little coin purse. I will not tell you for sure it is sterling sliver because I do not know for sure. It is silver toned. You will have to be the judge. Other listing of similar style and the listers say they are sterling silver. This piece is marked on the outside bottom on both sides. We can not read it. It looks like a G and an S.

It is 2 1/2" up and down and 2 1/2" across. It is about 3" from the loop to the latch.

Chatelaine is a decorative belt hook or clasp worn at the waist with a series of chains suspended from it. Each chain is mounted with a useful household appendage such as scissors, thimble, watch, key, vinaigrette, household seal, etc.
