Volume Two was by written by Julia Child and Simone Beck. It has 7 chapters and 555 pages. Copyright 1970, this book was published by Alfred A. Knopf and is a first edition.

Both books are in very good condition with minimal shelf wear and minor grime. They measure 7.25 by 10.25 inches and sport matching covers with a mini print of Fleur-de-lis, Volume One in red, Volume Two in blue.
