This is an absolutely stunning stone and needed an understated yet elegant setting to compliment its striking motif. The fossil coral cabochon is covered with a vivid chrysanthemum pattern in light gray, brown and pale sand.

The large stone is set in an open-backed, double-edge setting and is hung from a sturdy, 17.5" cable chain (chain length can be adjusted upon request). The pendant measures 50 by 38mm (about 2 by 1 1/2 inches). The back of the setting bears a small plaque with my initials, "esw" which identifies me as the creator of the piece. The piece has a deep charcoal patina, selectively distressed to highlight all of the intricate detailing.

All of the precious metal (silver) used in the pendant is from recycled sources. Please see my profile for more information about recycled metals.

This necklace is one-of-a-kind and will be sent out within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Feel free to contact me via Etsy's conversation feature (or by email: emily at pearleverlasting dot com) if you have any questions!
