Jewelry will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment for items that are in stock and 2-5 weeks after payment for items that are made to order (or custom orders). Please note that delivery usually takes 4–10 days, but occasional delays are possible.

Small customizations of existing designs may be possible, including size, selected stones and metal options. I currently accept only a limited number of fully custom projects. Selected designs may be made in gold upon request. Please contact me for availability and an individual quote.

About accurate copying:

I will do my best, but because of the materials I use, the jewelry is often one-of-a-kind. This means that the photos do not always show the exact item you will receive. Whether you receive the exact product pictured or a look-alike is always written in the product description.

Repairs and exchanges:

Please contact me if you have any problems with your jewelry and I will tell you if I can do anything to restore it and what the next step would be.

Custom and personalised orders

Sized, engraved, made-to-order and otherwise personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or differ materially from the agreed order. Please contact me if there is a problem with your jewelry so I can assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All jewelry comes in a beautiful wooden gift box. Multiple pieces are usually packed together. If you need a separate box for each item, please leave a note with your order.
