This 1812 dress will be perfect for your new doll Caroline, or any other doll you wish to use for that time period. I used a pink floral stripe premium fabric. The bodice has a rounded neck and is trimmed in a delicate ivory lace. It has puffed sleeves with a band around the bottom. The ivory Kona cotton underskirt is a full attached skirt and not an inset panel. It has a stripped band attached to the bottom. The outer skirt has 2 rows of satin ribbon and the front stripes line up nicely with the bodice. It has three tiny pleats on either side of the front and gathers in the back. The bodice is fully lined with ivory Kona cotton and buttons in the back with real buttons and button holes. This dress is embellished with 3 satin roses at the waist. Also included is the round-eared cap which was popular in 1812. This cap has a pleated trim around the brim with a matching satin ribbon attached with an accent bow.

This dress was made using my own pattern.
Included is the dress and cap.

My doll is not included in the sale.
All seams have been surged for a neat finish.
This was made in my smoke free home.
