Antique English Majolica Ceramic Pottery Pitcher Bird and Basket weave

This is one of my favorite pieces!

It is a 8.5" tall antique English majolica pitcher. The motif includes bird and flora set in an aqua, cream, and light brown color scheme. There is scalloped edge, a basketweave bulbous basebase, basketweave trim, and an unusually detailed stylized handle.

This victorian pitcher was molded in the late 19th century and is in good condition for it age. There is one shallow chip along the rim that does not interrupt the scallop design (please see photo). There are no other chips or cracks.

An artist mark is on the bottom.

Note: Shipping will include extra packaging and insurance to insure a safe arrival
