≈Description≈
This is an amazing cream silk dress with a ruffled net overlay from the early 1900s. The round neckline is adorned with narrow, delicate cream lace. The sleeves have 2 ruffles each: One halfway down the sleeve and one at the cuff. Across the chest is a narrow cream silk ribbon with two silk ribbon flower clusters. The bodice has four rows of beautiful ruffles which end approximately 2 inches above the silk under dress which allows the pleated hemline of the silk under dress to "peek out" at the bottom. This dress fastens in the back with a single hook and eye at the neckline. This dress is approximately a size 2T however, please see measurements below for correct fit.

≈Measurements (in inches with the garment lying on a flat surface)≈
Shoulders: 9.5
Chest: 25
Sleeves: 8.5
Length: 21.5

≈Additional Information≈
There are two tiny holes about 1/8 inch long near the right silk ribbon flower cluster. These two tiny holes in the net overly are almost unnoticeable. Also, on the back of the dress, it looks like a seam repair was made and a different colored thread was used-a very pale blue/green thread. The seam repair is very small (less than 1 inch long) and neither this repair nor the two tiny holes detract from the beauty of this amazing dress. If you are looking for a dress for a little girl to wear for a wedding, first photos or christening/baptism, this would be a great choice.
