William Penn Doll Miniature

William Penn, 1644 – 1718, was an English founder of the Province of Pennsylvania, the English North American colony. He was a champion of creating democracy and religious freedom, and know for his good relations and successful treaties with the Lenape Indians. Under his direction, the city of Philadelphia was planned and developed.

I created William in a pair of tan breeches with buckled "shoes" , brown vest, jacket, white collared shirt and black three cornered hat. He has textured fiber hair, detailed hand painted face, and buttons accent the front and cuffs of his jacket and vest. He stands a tiny and collectible 4 1/2 inches tall, (11.4 cm).

Character is uniquely created out of wood, wire, clay, and paint
