Description

I ship by priority mail, which is usually 2 to 3 days within the continental U.S.

I'm happy to help with gift wrap if you're desperate, but wrapping paper does get a little beat up in the mail. Cards survive just fine though. If you'd like me to include a card, just let me know what you'd like for it to say. (:

Elegant as a fruit bowl or for serving.

Glazed in a bright teal inside and rich brown tenmoku outside. I mix all my glazes by hand from powdered clays and minerals. All are non-toxic and lead-free.

After throwing each bowl on the potter's wheel, and trimming the bottom, I load them into my kiln for a preliminary bisque firing. Then the glazes are applied by pouring and dipping. Finally, a glaze firing to over 2000 degrees F transforms the powdered minerals and clays of the glazes to smooth colored glass.

These are microwave and dishwasher safe. You can also use it in the oven. As with all ovensafe pottery and glass bakeware, for the longest life of your bowl avoid extreme temperature shocks. Don't run cold water into a bowl that is hot from the oven. You can even crack Pyrex that way.

The bottom of each is signed with my initials "MWF" and the year 2018.

3 inches tall
7.5 inch diameter
Holds about 6 cups. (Almost a half a gallon).

Shipping policies

Most items ship by priority mail, which is usually 2 to 3 days to anywhere in the continental US. Most packages go out the same day you place your order, or the next day.

Multiple items shipping in the same package or particularly large items, shipped to the west coast or down south, will sometimes be sent by the post office "parcel select" service due to size and zone restrictions on priority mail shipments.

I am happy to ship directly to a gift recipient. If you have a special message you would like to accompany your gift, let me know and I will enclose a note for you. Please be sure to tell me your real name, as your niece may not know that your Etsy username is peanutbuttersandwich67.
