Little Blue Book No. 503 – A Short History of the Civil War

Written by Leo Markum, this book has a copyright date of 1927, Haldeman-Julius Company. Printed in the United States of America.
The book contains sixty-four pages and measures approx. 5" x 3.5". The book cover is tattered. The pages show some wear on some of the edges but for its age this vintage book is in good condition. The cover is being kept on with the help of some well-placed scotch tape. On the inside first page someone has written their name and on the back cover the number 503 is written in pencil. This is a unique little book and in spite of outward appearances makes for a great read. It would make a wonderful addition to any civil war collection. A great piece of historical memorabilia.
