Set of five Homer Laughlin Brittany Green Ivy Dinner Plates. The Homer Laughlin Company is one of the United States most prolific manufacturers of dinnerware. Origins begin as early as 1871 in East Liverpool, Ohio. The company expanded with many popular lines and famous designers. The company introduced the Brittany shape in 1936, which was a rendition of the well loved Empress shape of dinnerware. Brittany has a long line of patterns. The Green Ivy pattern is rare to find. The code “C 60” on the Homer Laughlin backstamp marks these plates to have been produced in March 1960.

Lovely dark green ivy borders the rim of the white plates, which measures 9 ¼ inches in diameter. The plates will mix well with so many patterns!

These plates are in very “Good Vintage” condition.
