I am absolutely fascinated by vintage European art posters. The intensity of colors and textures and the bold combination of words and images were used as a means of mass communication in cities across Europe and America. How I wish I could go back to the streets of Paris or Milan in the late 1800’s to see this art gallery of the street! I’ve brought some of my favorites to life here on our cotton flour sack towels.

Our super-soft unbleached cotton flour sack towels will soon become your favorite. They're lint free and get softer with every washing. Not only can you display the beautiful art in your cottage kitchen, but the water-based silkscreen process will insure that you can really use these towels as well.

Commissioned to Benjamin Rabier in 1921 by a French cheesemaker, the whimsical logo La Vache qui Rit, or Laughing Cow, still exists in similar form today, cheese box earrings and all.
