These overalls were an amazing find...
Once again in the small tiny town of Prairie City Oregon we acquired a wonderful collection of these old railroad overalls from the 1930s-40s.

Can’t Bust ‘Em workwear owned by Eloesser-Heynemann, founded in 1851, jeans made in 1880 Eloesser-Heynemann, the proprietor of 'Can't Bust'Em' brand, is the first to coin the term 'jeans' or 'frisko jeans' for waist overalls. Early in the 20s and 30s, Railway Worker overalls became the 'work wear" to use.
This unique pair along with the others we acquired all date to the 30's and 40s before LEE acquired "Cant Bust em"
Acquired by the Lee company in 1946, they continued to be part of history.
