Bridges Pottery Yarn Bowls were featured in VOGUE KNITTING MAGAZINE and seen at the January VogueKnitting Live show in New York City.

Measures aprox 6 1/2" across at the rim and 4"" from rim to base. Custom sizes available upon request.

They are very full and deep yarn bowls that allow your ball of yarn to really sit in the bowl. They are weighted nicely and have a nice wide base,so that they don't move around easily. I am a practical potter and knitter. The holes on the yarn bowl are solely decorative, some are filled with glaze and some are open - each one is different.

See my other listings for other colors. Will do my best to match what you request. Its not an exact science - but I do a pretty good job.

Yarn Bowls are beautiful and functional. These unique handmade bowls hold your yarn ball while you knit or crochet. This special bowl is designed to allow the yarn to unravel while it stays in the bowl. No more balls of yarn rolling around on the floor.

Bridges yarn bowls are lovely to be left on a table or perched on a shelf. There are a variety of colors to choose from. Each one is one of a kind.

I am dedicated to excellence in craftsmanship and am a practical potter with over three decades of experience.

I make all of my pottery myself. I do not slip cast or mass produce any of my work. All of my pottery is made one by one. It has a long journey from me to you and with good care it will last you a lifetime. I take great pride in making high quality pieces for you and your home.

All of my handmade stoneware pottery is food friendly. It can be put in the microwave, dishwasher (with good judgement) and oven. Never put a cold pot in a hot oven. Simply let it warm up in the oven.

Follow me on my blog for a behind the scenes look at Bridges Pottery and see pieces before they hit the shelves. You can email me anytime with questions and I can accommodate custom orders.
