This listing is for a vintage 70's or 80's Mallard duck telephone that comes to you in good working condition. Bright colored paint and the body appears to be made of wood. Yes, similar to the one on "Jersey Shore", this one pre-dates the JS phone. On that style phone, the receiver is on top of the duck, this one, you have to lift the whole duck up to talk or call. This duck quacks and eyes light up when a call comes through. When it's picked up off the desk or table surface, it's eyes light up. It dials fine, but there is no dial or pulse tone. I used my cell to call the duck, then used the duck to call my cell and all worked fine. He measures approximately 11" long x 4" wide x 4" tall and has a 12 ft coil cord. I cannot find a manufacturer's mark, nor could I find this specific phone on the net, only the one similar to the JS phone. A super nostalgic piece for the duck lover, collector, and displays nicely.

Convo me with any questions.
