This Stately Clock was made by the Ansonia Clock Co. right around the 1920's to mid 30's. It was a very popular gift for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and holidays.

The beautiful rich oak case measures approximately 21" long, 9 1/2" tall and 5 1/2" deep. Its 8 day brass & steel clockworks have been completely serviced...cleaned & oiled, and runs very strong & accurate. This piece chimes on the half hour and counts out the hours on the hour. When the clock sounds a hammer strikes the long chime rod seen below the movement in picture #3. It has a wonderful resonating tone. An original classic!

This is a fantastic clock with heirloom potential. It would make a great gift, a start up or addition to your existing collection.

Thank You for Looking!
