This classic black ladies dress is the start of a new exciting line for me! Size juniors 11 or ladies Xsmall halter dress in a rayon/poly/spandex blend has a buckle halter, for easy adjustment around your neck, a back zipper and a pretty sash that ties in the back. It goes to just below the knee and has a full feminine skirt. With this up-cycled dress I added a black cotton fabric with bright multi sized polka dots in white, orange, lime green and plumb to the waistline and at the hem line. Perfect Halloween dress with those colors :)

My favorite crafty partner friend came to me and said "I'm sick of my clothes! I want you to re-purpose my closet like you do the men's shirts."
