Rare 9-quart covered casserole.

Gorgeous Mid-Century modern enamel at it's best designed by Charles Chaney for Hanova of Pasedena in the late 1960's .

The large covered pot is 8" tall with the lid on. The base is 13 1/2" wide at the mouth, 5 1/2" high. Heavy enamel on metal, designed to go from freezer to oven to table.

Stunning lime green lava glaze exterior with a creamy avocado green enamel on the inside. This style has been referred to as "Brutalist".

In good vintage shape with a bit of wear on the base and some light utensil wear. There are a few flea bites around the rim, nicely hidden by the lava pattern. One small 1/8" chip on the interior near the top of the bowl.

{Heavy. Insured USPS flat rate shipping estimated to the west coast. The further northeast you are, the less it may be. Always happy to combine like items and save on shipping. International customers welcome, contact me for a shipping quote.}
