>>>>>>>> SIZING ADVICE >>>>>>>>

This shirt runs small, so definitely CONSIDER SIZING UP. It will also shrink a 1/2" in both directions if you wash it in warm/hot water. Cold water, hand dry suggested to prevent shrinkage and pilling of heathered fabric. I have heard from some mothers that their sons age 6-7 can wear the youth M or L, so please consult the measurements provided above and compare it to your own child's shirt to confirm which size is best. After youth L comes the adult S (see adult listings for size S).

Returns & exchanges

RETURNS: Refunds are issued for merchandise that has *not* been worn, washed, or altered in any way. The merchandise must be post-marked within 30 days of their delivery date (as per the tracking) and received in their original condition. We include a RETURNS form with each order. We will process your return within 2 weeks of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do *not* refund shipping charges. If you live abroad and are willing to pay to ship your order back to us, we will issue a refund (not including the original shipping). Art purchases are non-returnable/non-refundable since they are all one-of-a-kind and can be damaged in transit when sent back. No returns are accepted of "SALE" items. Please, login to your Etsy account to contact us via convo/email if you still have questions.

EXCHANGES: Send your return back for a refund by following the "RETURNS" instructions above. Then place a new order online for your desired new merchandise.

PRODUCT DAMAGED: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, such as a hole or loose trim (woven label, snap, etc.), please contact us immediately. For US buyers, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label to return the item. Once the item is received back, we will ship out a replacement for the original order. A replacement will only be offered for the original size ordered -- no changes in size are acceptable. For example, if you state that your size S shirt has a hole, you cannot request that the replacement be shipped in size M. If you do not live in Canada or the US options will be offered via email.

US ORDERS // STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY or UN-DELIVERABLE DUE TO SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED ON ETSY: Refunds or replacements will *not* be issued for merchandise that has been marked "delivered" to your requested address according to the USPS tracking number, but you claim you never received it. We are not responsible for your mail after delivery, and will not provide a replacement at our expense or a refund for your missing goods. You can request a signature confirmation at delivery in the US for an additional $2.50 USD. Also, partial refunds (i.e. minus original shipping) are issued when an order is returned to us because a delivery attempt was made and a notice was left, but the buyer did not pick up the package or arrange a re-delivery for whatever reason, or an incorrect address was provided by the buyer on Etsy. If your order gets returned to us by the USPS, we will issue a partial refund, and if you still want the order, you can place a 'new' order with a valid shipping address. Please, double-check that your Etsy shipping address is correct, since that is the address we use for shipping your order.

US ORDERS // LOST IN TRANSIT: In the event that a US order is *lost in transit* by the US Postal Service and has not arrived in 21 days to a US address after shipment, as verified by the tracking information, you will be offered a full refund. When 'lost in transit', an order will show it was sorted at a mail facility, but it will never be marked 'delivered'. WHEN AN ORDER'S TRACKING STATES AN INCORRECT ADDRESS OR AN UNCLAIMED STATUS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. If the item is shipped, shows processing/tracking by USPS, does not arrive in 14 days, and the tracking shows the order is in transit but may be delayed for an unforeseen reason by USPS, please do not demand that we ship you a replacement order at our expense. We will file a USPS insurance claim for orders using priority mail and wait 14 days to receive their verdict.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS // LIMITED TRACKING: All international orders are shipped using the most affordable and basic "First Class International USPS mail" that only provides tracking up until it gets on a plane to cross the ocean in Chicago or New York. Tracking is only currently available through final delivery to a few countries. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN INTERNATIONAL ORDERS THAT WE CAN GUARANTEE WERE SHIPPED AND RECEIVED AT AN INTERNATIONAL US MAIL SORTING FACILITY, SUCH AS CHICAGO OR NEW YORK, IN ROUTE TO YOUR COUNTRY. To verify shipment, we will provide you with a shipping receipt from our shipping program that shows the date the label was generated, your shipping address used on the label, and the customs code used to track it until Chicago or New York where it leaves the US on a plane. If you prefer expensive tracking of your international order through delivery, it will likely cost over $35 USD for Express mail -- please email us for a quote before placing an order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS // FULL TRACKING: If you live in one of the few foreign countries where full tracking is available via affordable USPS First Class International mail service, the following applies to your order: WHEN AN ORDER'S TRACKING STATES 'DELIVERED' AND YOU CLAIM IT WAS NEVER RECEIVED, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. LIKEWISE, WHEN AN ORDER'S TRACKING STATES AN 'INCORRECT ADDRESS' OR AN 'UNCLAIMED STATUS', WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. If the order is marked 'returned' by your host country, we are not responsible for refunding the cost of the order if the tracking shows it is never returned to us in the USA (i.e. marked 'delivered' to our own address). Note: In the few instances where a country marked an order 'returned' due to a delivery issue, only 10% of the time was the order actually returned to the US and it usually took 2-3 months to be returned. A partial refund (minus original shipping) will only be offered if we receive the order back and it is marked 'delivered' to our address using the original tracking code. If your international order has not arrived 6 weeks after being shipped, it is likely lost or stolen in your host country -- we are not responsible.
