Hand made Quinoa pasta (gluten free and gum free)

Instant download

Description

This Quinoa pasta recipe is an easy recipe for gluten free pasta.

We often buy ready made pasta, but it is really nice to have a full flavoured egg pasta.

A few years ago I started trying different methods of making gluten free pasta. This recipe brings together my experiences in a simple approach that produces tasty and nutritious pasta. I use home grown, free range eggs to make our pasta. Our hens wait at the gate for me each morning, and provide us with eggs by the evening.

You need a pasta machine to roll the pasta and to cut strips, or, if you prefer you could use a rolling pin to make sheets of pasta for lasagna. This recipe makes enough fettucine to serve 4 to 6 adults.

All my recipes use basic ingredients. There are no premixes. There are no gums in this recipe.

All my recipes are my own work. Recipes and photographs are copyright protected.
