Mini Snips are the perfect accessory for the on-the-go knitter, crocheter, or any crafter who always finds themselves in need of a pair of scissors. These tiny, cherry red scissors are great for snipping strands of thread and thinner yarns or cutting open small plastic and paper products. They come with a matching plastic cover for the blades that also functions as a keyring, making it easy to hang these from your project bag or notions case.

Mini Snips are spring-loaded with blunted stainless steel tips. They measure just about 1.75 inches long (4.5 cm) and the blades are a mere .625 inches long (9 mm), making these one of the smallest working scissors in the world. These scissors meet the standards required by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and are therefore approved for US air travel.

These scissors come with a matching lanyard as well as a ball chain-style keyring (not pictured) on the nose cover. This pair of Mini Snips coordinates with the Cherry Red Snap 'n Go notions case ( https://www.etsy.com/listing/113670815/jumbo-snap-n-go-notions-case-on-the-go ) which they will fit inside.

Frequently asked questions about LadyDanio

Many of the items I create are handmade at the time of purchase, and the time it takes to put your order together can be anywhere from 3 to 7 business days (10 calendar days).

Don't know when your order is due to ship? Select "Purchases and Reviews" under the drop-down menu in the right hand corner of your screen. There you will see your order and if you click on "Receipt" you'll see the estimated date your order is due to ship.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them, especially during high ordering periods. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. See my shop policies for more details on shipping.
I'm happy to make free repairs to stitch markers that have fallen apart from being worked hard and well-loved. Just send me any damaged markers (don't forget the important pieces, like the beads because I'll need those!) and I'll restring, rehang, and make them as good as new. Then I'll send them back to you free of charge.
Miniskein sets are handmade at the time of your order. Multiple sets may be purchased - just message me if you'd like a larger quantity then what is currently available in the shop.

Pictures of the miniskein sets are a representation of what you could receive from my collection. For those miniskein lovers who'd like to see what some of the yarns they are purchasing look like, take a peek at the full skeins in my Mini Made Flickr photostream: www.flickr.com/photos/ladydanio/sets/72157628409098037/
Please note that my items come from a smoke-free, cat-friendly household. Though my cat does not play with my products (she is totally bored by the knitting process), be aware that a wisp of stray hair could make its way into your package.
I describe and photograph my products as accurately as possible using a Panasonic DMC-LX7 camera with a Leica macro lens in natural lighting.

Due to variations between monitors, your personal monitor settings, minor variations of daylight, color filters, or the uniqueness of the products themselves, the items you receive may vary slightly from the photos you see.
