It is my personal belief that all of us have a gift that we are meant to bring to others while we are on this planet. This powerful quote is about discovering the mystical image you were born with and sharing it with others.

It reads:

To be human is to be become visible while carrying what is hidden as a gift to others….
~David Whyte

A kaleidoscope of colors are 'hidden' in the Dragonfly that I've embossed in black on the front of this card. Depending on the light, she sparkles in shades of purple, cobalt blue and aqua green. I've framed her with hand-dyed ribbon in variegated shades of the same colors to give her a little more pizzazz.

The quote is printed on lavender card stock, that is more vivid than what I could capture with my camera....my apologies. The edges are hand torn and it is mounted on cobalt blue card stock. The interior of the card is finished in recycled, confetti white card stock with a little Dragonfly cutout in the corner, waiting for you to pen your own personal message. The finished size of the card is 4.5" x 6".

The card comes with a recycled white or ivory envelope and is protected in a cellophane sleeve. It will be shipped in a padded envelope with delivery confirmation.

All of my cards have a label attached to the back, indicating that my proceeds from your purchase will be donated to non-profit organizations that benefit under-served children. (Please see my Shop Profile page at http://www.etsy.com/people/TheMusesCall for more details).
