Took nine days to ship, even though I live one state away. I had asked the shop owner when my items would ship and then they made a shipping label and said my items had been shipped. Creating a shipping label is not taking it to the post office, but maybe this shop thinks that their customers are stupid..? I don't mind things taking a while, as I'm very patient, but people being dishonest/indirect is not something I roll with. When my package arrived, the box was hardly closed together, the seams were bursting open. I honestly wish I took a picture because I was shocked. I found this experience to be unprofessional, which was very disappointing as I had shopped here before and was hoping to order more in the future. :(
