Such a darling little item! This bright and shiny KAYanEE Sew Master toy sewing machine was manufactured in Germany post WWII by the KAYanEE Impex Corporation of New York, N.Y. Toy sewing machines are fun to display in a craft room, studio, or little girl's room. I think this one is super sweet, especially because it comes with a darling carrying case.

This sturdy metal machine sports its original KAY-an-EE Sew Master decal and is stamped "Berlin, Made in Germany, U.S. Zone" on the metal sewing plate. It has been very well kept and is in near mint condition with almost no paint loss or rust. Manually operated by turning the red wooden handle which moves smoothly, this machine has its needle and measures 7.75 inches long, 4.25 inches wide and 7 inches high.

The carrying case is quite rare; I have never come across another like it! Made from vinyl, it sports a white plastic handle and a black and white Harris tweed pattern with red, yellow, and blue flowers. With solid red sides, it has an interesting metal closure. This case is in good condition for its age with some wear and staining on its pink interior.

Please note that the large spools of thread shown in photo #1 are props and are not included.
