This is The Original Park Sloper. If you like this design, also check out the second iteration, "The Park Sloper II:", as well as the larger "Park Sloper, Senior" that fits larger 3.5"x5.5" notebooks:

I'm quite proud of this design. I've been wanting to combine a small wallet with a tiny notebook for some time, so when my cousin called me and requested just that I immediately got to work. Here is the result: a compact simple wallet, tiny notepad and pen. I'm pretty sure this is the smallest most compact solution of its kind out there, and I now personally carry it everywhere.

My cousin is a singer/songwriter living in Brooklyn, NYC ( When inspiration strikes, he needs pen and paper at the ready. He also likes to travel light, so this is the perfect solution. He gave the product its name as he figured it would be a hit in his neighborhood.

It takes the smallest size Moleskine Volant notebooks (2.5"x4"), and a Fisher Stowaway Space Pen (without the clip). Single folded bills fit behind the card slot, and the card slot can take at least 10 credit cards. You can also tuck bills or business cards or that special someone's phone number behind the notebook.

The open window in the pen sleeve is to facilitate removing the pen. Five separate lines of stitching means it takes a little longer than some products to make. But this keeps the stitching off the spine, where threads receive the most wear, and yields an elegant look. Finely burnished edges and a high quality leather; quality you can see and feel.

It includes both a Moleskine notebook AND a Fisher Space Pen Stowaway (black), a combined $20 value.

I adore things that come to look better with age and through use become one-of-a-kind items. This wallet in the "natural" color is made of vegetable tanned leather and will evolve over time. It will darken to a rich caramel color with use and exposure to UV light and take on an individual character based on the use by the owner. After a couple months it will be beautifully unique. If you want to speed up the darkening process, you can tan the leather by leaving it in the sun. Or just load it up and throw it in your pocket and let time do the work!

I would strongly recommend treating this natural veg tanned leather product with a good leather oil or balm. It makes it look great and it prevents cracking and deterioration. I now offer my own One Star Leather Balm and it happens to be the best product I've ever used on my leathers:
