Androck Pastry Blender Recycled into a Napkin Holder/Photos/Mail Sorter

This item for sure has a story to tell with a history!!

The base of this napkin holder is made from exterior wood
planks from an old barn that was being removed. The wood
square was sealed with a coat of varnish compliments of my
husband.

A vintage Androck pastry blender was then adhered to the
oak with two screws that enter from the bottom in recessed
holes. What we have here is one sturdy napkin holder that
will be a conversation starter. I always have one sitting on
my kitchen table filled for those daily napkins.

The pastry blender is made by the Androck company, made
in the USA. Both ends of the pastry blender have these words
etched in the steel. The wood is a shabby chic red that proudly
displays cracks from years of weathering outside and the pastry
blender has rusted areas included with the six wires slightly
bent in some areas but still maintains it's curved shape.

Other ideas for this holder would be to hold favorite photos,
postcards and mail.
