My great uncle was in the World War I. I have found many of the items he held onto that detail his time in the war. This was one of those items. These postcards were given out to the soldiers to help them pass the word that they were home safe and sound, and back on US soil!
Quite likely handed out during WWI by the Knights of Columbus. Their crest is on the front of the card.

Good condition. Quite white on the front with a few age marks, but nothing severe. The back has a vintage patina. Never stamped or post marked. A great bit of memorabilia that will peak the interest of any WWI buff!
