Yes, we understand. For large orders the shipping calculator and the total is sometimes incorrect and too high. Sadly it penalizes larger orders and multiples.

We usually upgrade to faster shipping when possible and always refund your over shipping paid. If you would rather have the overages refunded than shipping upgraded, just send us a convo before your order ships and we will take care.

We ship items daily Mon - Fri, excluding holidays.

Items are shipped in the order received, and due to high volume may take 2-4 days to process, excluding weekends. If you need the order rushed please upgrade shipping at checkout as we ship those first. Priority and Express orders must be received by 12 PM PST to be processed within the next business day.

Please be advised that USPS has changed Express to 1-2 days guaranteed, so we cannot promise it will arrive next day. For urgent orders contact us or use Fedex Shipping options.

For wholesale/ custom orders the final price would be as discussed prior to placing the order. No ongoing promotions/ coupons may be applied to these orders. All International orders are shipped via FedEx unless specifically requested otherwise. Please contact us if you prefer a different carrier service and we would do the best we can to accommodate to your request.

In the event that the cost for shipping international order is higher than the actual shipping paid, we will contact you requesting to pay any difference in amount. We reserve the right to hold the order until the difference is paid or cancel the order if no communication is received from the buyer within 24 - 48 hrs.

This shop always ships promptly! Was happy with the order! The stones are a beautiful blue (just as pictured). The hole is large enough to accommodate 26gauge wire. The stone size is inconsistent; however, for my purposes that is exactly what I need. I continue to purchase from this shop as I appreciate the quality!

Beautiful stones! Size and color is pretty uniform and beads have a nice sparkle. Strand is slightly shorter than listed...12 1/2" instead of 13". But it seems as if no matter where you purchase beads the strand length is always hit or miss. LOL At least it was really close!
