A lovely, mid century modern linen kitchen towel designed by Vera Neumann, featuring a still-life motif of yellow roses in modernist, Blenko style vases. As an added delight, yellow ladybugs and butterflies flit around the scene. The design repeats so that it shows upright when hanging on either side of a towel bar. The pencil sketch nature of the design is similar to the yellow rose pattern by Hilkka Liisa Ahola for Arabia of Finland, and a collector of her pieces might consider this as a complement to the collection.

In addition to being signed "Vera" on the bottom next to the little ladybug with dates this towel to the 1960s, the tag reads, “Vera, all Linen.”

Size: 26" long by 15.5" wide

Condition: Excellent - no stains, tears, unraveling, etc.
