Framed License for Prostitution & vintage photo c.1891

I found this historic wild west item in an antique shop in Texas – it’s a great piece and fun conversation started, but I have no evidence of its authenticity. The framed items include a vintage photo of a young woman, a very old five dollar bill, and a license for prostitution dated March 10, 1891 in El Paso, Texas, signed by Marshal W. Travis.

The frame is very rustic, and the background the license and photos are mounted on is a grayish-forest green. There is glass protecting the items, and no scratches.
