Renderings are completed as a preview to paint colors you selected on your own. If you need help with selecting colors, please purchase our custom color consult separately. Architectural colors will appear differently on a computer screen so we cannot guarantee 100% accurate results. All renderings are completed using a finalized color plan. One revision is included, afterwards, a $100 fee is required to make additional changes. We cannot make any changes to an architect’s drawing or render major structural changes to an existing home. All of our renderings are done in 2D. Renderings are only available for exteriors.

We will send you instructions on how to send us a high-quality image of the front of your home. If you selected the colors yourself, we will have you send us the desired color placement**.

Color Buzz Design provides color consulting services. We are not an architecture firm and cannot complete construction drawings or make recommendations related to structure. If you purchase our custom color consulting package, we can assist in selecting the color of most materials or finish for interiors and exteriors if we have the product color samples in stock. All architectural elements need to be handled by your architect or builder.

*Due to computer color limitations, variances of computer screens and your outside lighting conditions, colors will not be exact but will be a close approximation of the overall appearance and placement of colors on your home. Please refer to color swatches and test the paint to confirm the actual color. Keep in mind that exterior colors can appear 2-3 times lighter in sunlight than how the color swatches appear.
