This charming mid century modern cook book from Esquire magazine was first published in 1955 and features over 200 color illustrations by American artist Bill Charmatz.. Charmatz was known for his editorial sketches, and was featured in the New York Times, Washington Post, Playboy, Sports Illustrated, and of course Esquire Magazine.

The 322 pages in this cookbook contain over 750 recipes from beginner dishes, to full course meals, desserts and cocktails. Chock full of helpful tips and how-tos.

Overall fantastic condition - still strongly bound and super clean with all pages intact.
