Custom and personalised orders

I aim to have your custom orders ready to post to you within 2 to 5 days. Processing time may occasionally take a little longer depending on availability of materials/colour choices. I will advise you of timescales prior to you completing your order. Please allow enough time to avoid disappointment.

In order to prolong the life of your jewellery, try to avoid getting it wet. Remove before showering, swimming etc as water may cause damage to your braid. When removing magnetic jewellery, hold each half of the clasp and pull to separate, try to avoid pulling the braid to prevent stretching. Braids may stretch slightly with use but can be gently pushed together again using your thumb and fore finger and working your way along the braid.

All products have sizes in the description or are available as variations. If you require different sizes, please contact me.

All of my items are handmade and individual. I may be able to recreate something similar but not identical, so if the item you set your heart on has been snapped up by someone else, please ask and I'll try to help.

I like the design but would prefer a different colour

I love Custom Orders! If you don't see exactly what you are looking for with regards to colour combinations, clasps or sizes, please contact me. I'm happy to make something especially for you but please bear in mind that as all items are handmade, they will each be unique in their own way

I do my best to reflect the colours as accurately as possible but colours may vary slightly depending on the device you are viewing on.

You only pay postage for your first item. Additional items IN THE SAME PACKAGE are postage free. Items are shipped from the UK. I promise to keep postage costs as low as possible for you, so UK items will be sent 1st class unless otherwise stated in the description. No tracking available. Overseas will be sent using Royal Mail International Standard. Once I have posted your order, I will send you an email to confirm that it is on it's way. Please check that your shipping address is correct before you checkout. I cannot be held responsible for undelivered items if the details provided are incorrect. In this case, please contact me asap. I will re-post once an item is returned to me but customer must pay postage.
