This is a vintage set of cuff links with a phoenix design by Ray Graves (Gŕā-Wun) of Scottsdale, AZ.
A very nice pair of vintage sterling (although not tested) cuff links circa late 1960's possibly early 70's with a phoenix or other bird on the front. The back of each cuff link is stamped: Gŕā-Wun and also with a patent number. Each cuff link measures approx 27mm tall x 22mm wide.

Ray Graves had his shop in the prestigious Lloyd Kiva Art Center, Scottdale Arizona. He worked in a variety of media and drew inspiration from both Native American and Modernist themes. A very versatile artist, his shop was open from 1959 to 2001. During his illustrious career, his work was known on several continents, high end department stores, and his clients included many celebrities. Most of his work was either sterling silver or pewter.
