Vintage Dark Blue Savory Enamel Roasting Pan - Large No. 2
Republic Metalware Company, Buffalo, New York

This is another Savory Roaster ready for the Holidays.

The inside will reveal that it has roasted many chickens and turkeys over the years, and yet it is still in very good vintage condition.

This is the large Savory measuring 21" from handle to handle, 7" tall (without handle) and approximately 12" wide. There are chips from the enamel on the top of the bottom section where it appears that the cook tapped the utensil a bit too enthusiastically. Not dented, but there are chips to the enamel.

This double-walled roaster can sit proudly on your shelf and be the envy of all who see it. Imagine the roast!

Here's a repeat performance about this roaster. This blog is a must-read about inventor, the pan and a passion for Savory:

There is another roaster in the Kitchen section which is almost free of chips. Price on this roaster reflects the chips on the rim.

Thanks for stopping by.
