1976 Korea 20w stamp encased in glass. I've seen various titles attached to the stamp, ranging from "Encouraging Children to Read Books" to "We Should Teach Our Children the Pleasure of Book Reading". The glass pieces are wrapped with foil and soldered (with lead-free solder), then a pendant bail is attached with epoxy.

Size: Discounting bail, 1 1/4" by 1 1/2".

Chain not included.
