Well. It just doesn't get any cuter than this. This is a vintage cheese cutting board/block made to look like a chunky steer, horns and all...and the tail is the cheese knife! It measures 3 5/8" high and about 6" long not including the tail - about 8 1/2 including the taile. His body is a solid, thick chunk of wood and is head and legs screw in. One of the horns looks like it has a crack near the head and I cannot tell if it is just a crack in the paint or if it is the wood - at any rate, it doesn't budge & is very solid. This dude is in great vintage shape, minimal marks on the top, no deep cuts or gouges or damage. He could use a gentle cleaning which I will leave to the proud new owner.
