Seating Charts are used at a wedding reception or other special event to direct the guests to their tables. They are typically displayed at the entrance of the event, framed and placed on an easel. Seating assignments can be indicated by table numbers or table names. The chart can also be organized alphabetically or by tables.

Our Process...

Purchase this listing, and we will communicate via email and/or convos. I will require you to send your guest list and table assignments Three Weeks prior to your wedding date. You may send it via Word or Excel. Please have your list in alphabetical order with the seating assignments. You may choose the font styles and orientation.

Please allow 48 Hours for production of the first draft. I will send proofs, we'll alter to your liking, and once you give your final approval, I will email you the finished file for you to send to the printer!
