COPPER BANGLE BRACELET ($48.00): Charming, rustic copper bangle bracelet featuring a bold sterling wirewrap element which acts as a cage for a copper trapezoid! The band of the bracelet is textured with an interesting crosshatching design.

The band is approx. 3/8" wide and is a U.S. Size 20 (2-3/16" inside diameter).

This can be a bold addition to your bangle collection or can be worn alone. I wrapped the sterling wire around a subtle trapezoid element. Both the copper and sterling bear a mellow heat patina.

COPPER HOOP EARRINGS ($38.00): Funky, sweet copper band/hoop earrings made with forging and recycled copper. They dangle from handmade sterling earwires.

They hang approx. 1.75" from the tops of the earwires to the bottom of the forged rings.

I took textured strips of recycled copper, drilled holes in each end, and bent them around a mandrel to create the band hoops. Then I forged a copper ring from wire and inserted it. The band hoop forms a cold connection, as the smaller jumpring holds the ends together, like little stirups!

SCENIC JASPER PENDANT ($98.00): Wonderful funky, experimental piece with many things going on! This interesting gray Scenic Jasper is like a window on the subterranean world. It's surrounded by a copper backplate that's been hammered, soldered and stamped, and given a heat patina. The stone is set in fine silver bezel wire.

Long ago, I played with 'splotching' molten metal so it freezes into a paint splotch-like shape and I've added one of these. A recycled copper pebble sits atop it. Three small recycled sterling pebbles lie at the bottom left corner of the stone's setting.

The copper chain is handmade, with a combination of twisted wire and varied copper jumprings. With the pendant linked to the chain, the necklace is approx. 25" around. It closes with a hand-forged copper hook clasp, which can also hook into a few other jumprings to adjust the length of the chain as you wish!

The pendant is approx. 2" wide at its widest point, and approx. 1.75" long from top to bottom.

The whole piece bears a heat patina from my torch and has been tumbled in steel shot so edges are smooth and the patina is durable.

HAND KNOTTED ABALONE BRACELET ($52.00): A hand-knotted bracelet of chunky funky abalone (mother-of-pearl) chips which closes with a pewter toggle clasp. Two dangles complete the piece: one a heart-shaped slice of abalone and the other a seashell-shaped Thai Hill Tribe silver bead.

I use a synththetic silk knotting thread in my work.

The bracelet is approx. 7.5" around. The dangles help the clasp to face downward on the wrist.

I love how several sides of the abalone chips look like coral, and then one facet flashes pearly or vivid color.
