For planters sold without a water tray and draining holes we perform 2 post-printing steps to ensure the planters are as water tight as possible.

Due to the nature of 3d printing we need to take steps to ensure a water tight seal, to the best of our ability.

We first will spray the inside of the planter with clear polyurethane. After this we apply a small amount of wax to the inside bottom of the planter. This wax may leave a white residue inside, but since the plant/dirt is going to cover this, it should not be an issue.

The combination of clear polyurethane and wax should provide the planter with as water tight seal as we can.

Please note, planters are not meant to hold standing water. Just moisture from normal plant watering.

These are so adorable! I bought one of each since I wasn't sure how the color turned out compared with the product pictures. They're bigger than I was expecting but that just makes it better! The head tilt is the perfect touch!
