2-How long will it take to get the canvas I ordered?

Your canvas will be reached to you within 3-5 days.This period may vary on public holidays

3-Can I request different sizes of my canvas?

Of course! No doubt we will try to make the sizes you want.

4-How can I order my personalized product?

It is exciting for us to document Valentine's Day, Wedding Anniversary, Birthday, Mother's Day, Father's Day or a moment you care about. If you want to print your own personal image, the photo size must be at least 2 mp.if you couldn't identify it, please send us at fthcanvas@gmail.com. Let's check the suitability for printing. Tell us what size you want after you send the photo.We will send you the message of the canvas before printing to check the size.When you give your approval, your canvas will be prepared and shipped.It's that easy!

You can pay by paypal if you like us. Select other if you don't use paypal.Following your order placement, you have already received an email from Shopier. You can securely pay via either 'Pay Now' button in that email or send me a message and I'll send you a payment link.Shopier is one of the most popular APPs integrated into Etsy.

6-How are the canvases Packaged?

The canvases are wrapped with a plastic stretch to keep moisture and liquid out. Then wrapped tightly with balloon nylon. Wrapped with carton to avoid damage to the dice during shipping.The top layer is also firmly taped.

7-What should I do if my canvas decor comes damaged?

Firstly make sure to check your canvas in detail.If the product is damaged by cargo, please register. Do'nt worry I'll send you a new one, but there will be some steps to follow together.It is very important that we tell the cargo company about the damage so that you and I do not suffer damage.You must reply to the mail from them and tell them that the damage is caused by the cargo. So they will cover the damage and I will send you a new product.

8-How can I cancel the product ?

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy .You can cancel your order at any time before submitting your order. Unfortunately we are unable to accept personalized and custom sized products.We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged within 15 days, email tracking information to fthcanvas@gmail.com, and we will gladly refund you.
