The Louisiana Long Green Eggplant is an heirloom eggplant that is very prolific with tender skins. It is best picked when the fruit gets to be about six to eight inches long.

It is a tall plant and very productive. The fruit is white, not bitter and very tender. Our plants are grown using organic practices. Our plants and seeds are organically grown here in our Louisiana garden.
