These ethically sourced hides are American buffalo and tanned in here in the United States. The fur is very dense and thick allowing them to stand up to lots of wear. These rugs will look amazing in your space for decades!
We are importers of Brazilian sheepskin and cowhide, as well as Icelandic sheepskins and South African exotics. We use our direct connection with tanneries in these countries to bring in the highest quality pieces and offer them at great wholesale pricing. We DO NOT want to be the cheapest online, just the best.

Also, opening the package the wonderful smell of fresh clean leather greeted me. the fur is so soft and silky and the quality of the hide is amazing. the natural blemishes that will be present on any hide were meticulously repaired with such fine stitching, that I wouldn't have even noticed except that it just happened to be visible in the box.
